The daily routine brought a radical change in my body, mind, and consciousness. I now feel that I am in charge of my own health and that I am my own healer.
As I move through the sequence, I witness the body surrendering to softness and the mind, to silence. That which witnesses expands and “little me” dissolves into the stillness and quietness of the now.
