Shoulder & Neck Healthcare - Class Series

This is an online shoulder strengthening & flexibility Yoga class series infused with movement science and tied to Ayurvedic wisdom.

Most of us tend to move our shoulders in one direction only —out in front of us. The repetition of forward-reaching tasks creates an imbalance. We often feel it in our shoulders and upper body as tension and tightness. It negatively affects the spine, chest, and lungs over time if we don’t vary our movement.

There are two ways that you can enjoy this class series:

  • The library contains all the Ayurveda workshops and Yoga class series Padmasri created and more. You can enjoy taking care of your wrists and learning about ayurvedic cooking. Practice a heart-focused meditation and learn different effective breathwork techniques! Choose how long you want to have access and begin your journey bringing Yoga & Ayurveda to your daily life now!

  • If you prefer to get only this class series, for now, enroll in this one and enjoy it for 60 days!

 

This class series will help your shoulders regain their natural range of motion. We will remove the cobwebs through smart and progressive practices to develop well-rounded shoulder flexibility and strength.

If you lack upper body strength and flexibility or if yoga practices have been your main way to work with your upper body, this series will bring some innovative ways to target this area of the body. 

 

In addition, we will make sure Kapha’s energy stays balanced in our mind and body.

Ayurvedically speaking, late winter and spring is the time of the greatest Kapha accumulation (earth and water).

Targeting the chest and upper back areas will help to avoid imbalances connected to the earth and water elements such as the flu, excess mucus, sinus congestion, weight gain, edema, lethargy, sluggishness, and depression.
